Returns & Refunds policy
At SNO, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Final sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
Customized or personalized products.
Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we're happy to offer exchanges, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or process a refund once the original item has been received and approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or we made an error with the order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
